Guests have full access to the house, yard, and all common spaces. One closet and the outside shed remain locked for storage. Self-check-in for seamless entry.

Other Things to Note:

• Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours of 10pm - 7am. Keep music and noise at a considerate level.
• Parking: All cars must be in the driveway. No street parking.
• Pets: Dogs welcome with extra $50 per stay, limit to 1 dog under 60lbs
• Winter weather can impact the greater Mt. Hood area. Please check road conditions prior to your stay, as snow and/or ice may be present on roads, driveways, and walkways. AWD/4WD vehicles are highly recommended, especially during winter conditions.
• In rare cases, mountain weather can cause temporary power and/or Wi-Fi interruptions. The house is stocked with basic emergency supplies for your comfort.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bring trash bags to trash enclosures in the driveway on Wednesday evenings if you are here at that time. Trash service picks up on Thursday mornings.
Lock all windows and doors and make sure hot tub cover is on and locked.
Leave beds unmade so we know they were used. Start a load of towels in the washer before leaving. Thanks!!
