If you want to venture back into civilization, you're only about 13 miles from Mt. Hood's fantastic dining selections. - and, of course, the ski slopes! When you head back for the evening, your group can reflect on the day's excursions around the outdoor fire pit or curl up on the sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace. This home even provides board games ready for friendly competition around the dining table. Enjoy immersing in nature without sacrificing the comforts of home.

Perfect Mountain Visit

If you're looking for that mountain vibe, this place has it! From the cozy ambiance of the cabin, to the campfire pit of back, to the sounds of the rushing Sandy River. It's a short drive to Timberline or any of the local ski resorts.

Relaxing birthday weekend

Overall had a lovely stay. Peaceful setting and great outdoor space. Only thing keeping from 5 stars is the 1st night we heard what sounded like a mouse in the vents in the front room. Kept us on edge a little for the rest of the stay.

Charming Cabin

Very cozy cabin that met our needs completely. We loved the outdoor area in the evenings after spending the day hiking and exploring the beautiful Mount Hood lakes and trails.

Lovely path to the rushing river. Close to Trillium Lake, Timberline, and hiking trails. Kitchen was well stocked. Very cozy retreat.

Cute Cabin

This cabin is cute and stayed warm, the sound of the river flowing in the back was relaxing. The house did not have some necessities like sponges or trash bags had known I would have purchase some before arriving. Other than that it was easy to find and accurate description.

Great stay for a weekend away!

We had a blast at this cabin! It was easy to get to and very comfortable. We had a baby with us and the house wasn’t super kid friendly but that didn’t really matter because we were able to bring all the things we needed. I loved the dog friendly yard, river access and fireplace!

Mountain getaway dreams fulfilled

We were looking for a few days in the mountains. Hoping to see stars, be surrounded by woods, and lulled into relaxation with a rushing river. This cabin checked those boxes. It is tucked away in a residential neighborhood. Even with neighbors close by, it felt like we were in the woods by ourselves. The cabin had that old-cabin smell to it, but that aired out quickly. The house was stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed. the layout was conducive to us hanging together. Would love to stay here again.

Great cabin!

Great cabin with all the amenities. Great location, super close to hiking and near by little town. Backyard fully fenced in, no gaps under the fence, felt secure for our 20 pound dog to explore without worry of escape. Will be back.

Comfy getaway, not so far away.

We live in Portland and wanted to get away but not make a long trip. We found this amazing cabin and it was only a little under an hour away. We felt like we were way out of the city but without the long drive. We are already planning our fall trip to come back. :)

River view in the Woods

Very comfortable clean pine cabin with well-stocked kitchen/utensils, and everything else you need for a fun getaway. This was our second visit, and we spent most of our time lounging by the outdoor fire pit. We brought our own firewood, as only one small bundle is provided. We’ll be back again, I’m sure.
