"We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Sheraton Sopot. The Friday night Italian buffet was delightful, and the live music set a perfect tone for the weekend. "Beautiful hotel. Second stay here. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. For the second time however we found the bar staff decidedly unhelpful. We returned to the hotel at around 9.30pm and were able to order one drink before being told the bar was closing. The following evening, different bar staff were curt and borderline rude. It seems they decide at what time the bar/restaurant closed. There were no signs stating closing times. It’s the first time as a hotel resident I have been unable to relax with a drink before 10.00pm. Lovely hotel but the experience in the bar would stop me returning here. Such a shame"
