"Die Wohnung ist wie das ganze Haus frisch renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Es hat alles was man braucht und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Eine Frage von uns wurde telefonisch rasch abgeklärt. Schön wäre es lediglich gewesen, wenn die Wohnung vorgeheizt gewesen wäre, es dauerte bis es warm war. Falls man gerne nicht so flach liegt, empfehlen wir, eigene Kissen mitzunehmen."

"Wir waren zu siebt in der Wohnung und sind wunderbar klar gekommen. Als noch einmal Bettwäsche für die Person auf dem Sofa fehlte wurde sie uns gleich gebracht. Gute Lage mit 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof und auch Parkplätzen in der Straße. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. "Es ist alles wie beschrieben, an der Ausstattung fehlt nichts und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wir haben trotz sehr gemischten Wetters einige Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten Thüringens abgearbeitet. Übrigens ist die "Greencard" auf Zeit (Kulturabgabe) nicht vergebenes Geld, oft gibt es Rabatte auf Eintritt und Angebote damit."

"TL;DR: rooms are dated but very comfortable, breakfast is incredible, location is great for exploring Weimar. Now the full version: check-in was easy and fast, staff was very friendly. We were amused that the hotel doesn’t use keycards but actual keys still. That in fact resonates with the room decor and overall aesthetic: lots of dark wood and carpet with gold details, giving it a dated feel. It isn’t, however, a bad room at all. Size was more than perfect for my husband and I, and the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including slippers and bathrobes. Shower was on the okay side but the bathroom is definitely spacious. Be aware that at least in our case the double bed was actually two beds pushed together, but they were very comfortable nonetheless. The breakfast buffet was a hands-down winner, though, with ample variety and fresh ingredients. You can tell the hotel and the staff put a lot of effort into all the details, such as the lovely cards with various quotes that you could find in your room or on your breakfast table. We did use the parking and valet service for an additional fee and th parking is conveniently located behind the building. Finally, location-wise this hotel is fantastic. We got to explore all the sights and the Christmas market on foot. I would definitely recommend the stay. "
