"The spa was dirty upon arrival, the bathtub in the basement was dirty upon arrival, toilets in every bathroom were dirty upon arrival. The freezer had sticky red goo that we had to clean in order for it to not make our food sticky. The chalet was in decent condition upon arrival, decently clean except ..."
