Be aware !!!! One hour after leaving I received a phone call from Cara asking if i had stayed at this hotel recently and stating there was a problem with my credit card not going through. I had not given the hotel my credit card at any time all fees were paid for via expedia this was a scam my phone number given or sold by someone at the hotel be aware of scams

The property posted a notice that it was under renovation, but that was not mentioned when I booked my rooms. Staff was cordial. The front door was held open with a rope, but the strong winds snapped the rope and the door locked. We were stranded outside in the freezing cold.

Cleanliness was far from acceptable. Tile floor sticky, vanity light burned out, sink stopper non-functional, TV was not plugged in, TV remote not working, coffee maker trash left on chair.😞

Quality Inn Hotel in Weed.
This hotel needs maintenance , the sink didn't drain, the Fawcett was very loose, Wi'Fi didnt work and the receptionist said she will call us to get it done, but didn't call.The shower drain was very slow draining. The plug behind the nightstand is potentially unsafe . It advertised full breakfast , but only had muffins and very few of them available.

Enjoy the name Weed!!!!!
Hey it’s a dry roof over the head, and the heater worked great. It’s not new and certainly have the same problems with staffing all of us business people have. Worked and met the expectations for a hundred bucks.

Our room was disgusting. Frozen hairs in the freezer, to the ceiling peeling, to mold in the shower. The floors were badly stained and un-vacuumed. The sheets had stains and wrinkles like they were unwashed or crumbled in a ball for days. There was trash around the property and the back guest entrance door was unlocked for anyone to come in. Half the lights were out in the hallways and the laundry and stock rooms were open for all to see. The housekeeping was discussing room problems right in front of us checking in. We gave it a chance because the receptionist was friendly to us. But I have to say I’ve never stayed at such a place in major disarray. I’m sorry I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It needs to be shut down.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel looked a bit tired. The bathroom fan was so loud and it could not be turned off without turning out the light. The Wifi didn't work.

The bed was very comfortable. But the light over the sink needed a bew bulb and the sink drained slowly (maybe they should have cleaned the trap). Everything else was okay.

When checking in the hotel there was an argument with a guest and worker about his reservation, after that we were ask if the second floor was ok which we said I guess not knowing there was no elevator and the hotel was mostly empty, there were only two other vehicle in the parking lot. So we went to an empty second floor (which was creepy) to our room. I tried to contact to the internet and use the code provided which did not work,I decided to use the phone in the room which did not work, no dial tone or nothing were creepy.I walked back down to talk to the desk clerk, no one was there I rang to bell then called the number it said to call on my cell, no one came I was there for twenty minutes. I decided to walk over to a store in the rain thinking someone would be at the desk when I return, not the case.when checking out no one at the desk again I once again rang the bell and called the desk no one, I Waited for another twenty minute finally the guy came from out side from doing who knows what to check me out.when leaving I saw what I thought were guest were Actually workers not in any type of union or names tags all out side talking and smoking. Not a very clean or professional place not happy will not be going back.

Room had not been cleaned completely. Dirty coffee cups still out from previous occupants. Desk clerk was also tasked with vacuuming and had left a pile of dirt in hall when she had to scavenge parts from other vacuums to get hers operational. I don’t blame her. Understaffed. Parking lot flooded in the heavy rain. Much work needed outside. Had to get her help on TV operation as the photo sensor for TV control was hanging behind the cabinet. This Quality Inn was grossly below the quality we expect.

1st dates were wrong. 2 Expedia was no help in trying to correct the dates did nothing about the problem. 3. Cost me $106.00 because Expedia wouldn't contact hotel to have them change dates. Have advised people not to use your company because if you have a problem they won't help you. 4 will never use Expedia again.

First off, when we checked in, we discovered that the Hotels.com price was $22 more than the price the hotel was charging. We will be checking with hotels on prices before booking in the future. We paid $132.98. The check-in person said it should have been $111 (including taxes). It is not our first stay at this hotel, but the conditions of everything has gone downhill. Dirty carpets in lobby, halls and our room, the shower rod was falling down and would not hold the curtain closed, so water went all over the floor. We we arrived to our room, everything was shut off, the toilet water, the telephone unplugged, the TV not ready, it was if our room had been in storage. Beds were clean, bathroom clean, just wasn't a welcome feel.

The hotel seemed abandoned when we got there. No one working the front desk or answering the phone. After 45 minutes, an ex-employee happened by and checked us in. Strange place!

Don’t bother with this hotel!
No TV at all. Dish out. Did not tell us at checkin. No morning breakfast as advertised. Did not tell us at checkin. 24 hour coffee was cold and old. Cleaning carts and garbage sacks in hallway overnight. Asked for manager about price reduction for all the lack of services-no response.
