"We had a great time at the cabin on Lake Tallapoosa. The cabin was cozy with all the amenities we needed. The house was perfectly setup for dogs. They were able to roam from the fenced yard up the ramp and into the porch area. This was a big deal for us which allowed us to relax while they had more freedom. We saw blue heron, otters, turtles on the river and took a trip to the local dam. The train was unexpected, but it made our days (and nights) interesting. Thanks!"

"Arrived to a cold house at 50 degrees. Did warm up with turning on furnace after about 45 minutes. No dish towels- they would have been nice. Had to use bath towels in the kitchen. No wifi and poor cell service. We actually like this property and have stayed here previously. Suspect that the details a little lax because off season for a lake house."

"This is a real gem. The kitchen is HUGE and well appointed so anyone planning a family/friend outing will have plenty of room to cook and lay out a great buffet. The outdoor areas are also a plus. From the screened in porch to the outside seating, we enjoyed the comfortable space. The two-tiered dock is also really great and our fishermen in the group spent a lot of time there. The only downfall of the place is that both bathrooms, although VERY nice and big, are en suites. So if you have people...

"Interior was clean but yard needs work.....glad I didn't bring my pet......location was perfect but road leading to home was tricky.......plenty of room and suited my needs......this property is not ADA compatible for those in a wheelchair, etc........my 22 yr old son and I loved it but it's not somewhere to bring elderly/disabled people! The view was amazing.....plenty of space....and the local food was out of this world (gotta try out Bobbers Bar and Grill)......great weekend at the races and highly recommend this place for a quick weekend getaway!!!"
