"Excellent staff, very accommodating to make sure the best experience. I got upgraded to a queen suite which was super nice. I love chilling in their natural hot springs hot tub. It is so relaxing. Breakfast is good with a lot of options including healthy snacks. Easy parking and right next to the walk path to the river. I highly recommended this hotel for anyone. "

"This is truly the only spot to stay at in Thermopolis, it was perfect for our group of six. Great location right in town, but away from the road and right on the river, so we felt like we were having a wild Wyoming experience. The house has everything you’d need, the outdoor hangout spaces and hot tub were extra fun, and the fact that it was dog friendly meant the world to us. We’re looking forward to many future stays! "

"I was booked the hotel but when I reached there nobody was there at Hotel. For this I blamed to hotel.com too that no response given by you people when I was trying to contact you as well as hotel. I called several times to property owner but did not get response. It was snowing and raining and got so stressed and finally I booked another hotel and got call from hotel and said she is gonn refund but I did not get my money back. Hopefully next time I am not going to trust hotel.com and book from you too. "
