"Staff was great! Room tried to be really nice, but it was showing signs of wear. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Pretty rough people in the area, though pretty waterfront."

"We did not have breakfast because we only stayed there one one hour and we moved to the Hilton down the road because it was so filthy the first room they put us in the air conditioner didn’t work so they moved us to another room that was filled with smoke smell we could not even stand the smell so we just left. Terrible terrible terrible. "

"The hotel is lovely and the room was clean. The water has a moldy scent to it which is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Everything else was wonderful."

"Check in was excellent but checking out wasn’t, there was someone who spoke Spanish and she was very polite and helped us choose was floor we wanted to be in. At checking out there wasn’t anyone who spoke Spanish and the lady at the front desk told us we probably wouldn’t be getting out deposit back when I spoke to her she informed us there was a stain in the comforter and when I told her that it was a peanut butter cookie she said she informed them but wasn’t getting a response back so we had to wait there. I asked her if she wanted me to clean it up my self because I was sure the stain would come off and she ended up telling me that it was okay and gave us the deposit only after I told her that."
