"The home is very nice and new. It’s lower quality construction but who cares? The backyard is great and access to the river is nice, though hard to actually launch a kayak or canoe because the boat launch doesn’t extend into the water when the river level isn’t very high (therefore you have to cross mud and heavy vegetation). My only real concern was the neighborhood. You pass through a neighborhood of run-down trailers and rough properties. This new home is the only property of its kind in this bad area. Perhaps it is the beginning of gentrification? Hard to say. I was there with 6 other adult men so we didn’t care much, but we thought our wives would not have liked the location if they were on a girls trip. "
