"Rooms have been cleaned well enough but don’t expect much. Rooms not maintained well so falling apart. Stinky, even when you request a non-smoking room. Has basic amenities. Bed comfortable. Location perfect for Ark Encounter though. "

"This is a nice hotel especially for a family with kids. The staff is excellent and the hotel itself is really clean. I enjoyed the gym because they have a lot of different equipment to use. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are super flat. They had no fluff in them what so ever. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!! "

"Limited breakfast selections. Wished there had been some protein choices for people watching what they were eating. The staff was very nice and the bathroom was recently remodeled and nice and clean. Our car was parked right outside our door and area felt safe. This location is very close to the ARK Encounter, but there aren’t many places to eat at. You’d need to drive into Dry Ridge to find other places. However the food at the Mexican restaurant right next door was very good."

"This a was a cute little, space efficient cabin. It was clean, well stocked with dishes, linens, a nuwave cooker, a spacious mini fridge. Host was prompt to respond to messages. Check in was easy and fast. Hot tub was great!"
