Cozy up in front of our outdoor firepit area with seating for six in comfy and stylish adirondack chairs. An open pérgola with outdoor lighting and seating for 8 makes this a perfect area for conversation. Step inside with all the comforts of home and bonuses like a pool table that converts into an air hockey & tennis table, plus an arcade room with multiplayer games!
The space
This is the perfect place for a girls weekend, guys getaway, family vacay, couples escape, or small event. Offering many things to do on site, including an arcade, pool table that converts into air hockey, and ping pong. Two kayaks for guest use. We also have several board games. We provide you with a full set of dishes, Margarita glasses, beer mugs, and wine glasses. We also provide you with a microwave, air fryer, blender, crock pots, electric skillet, and several other essential items. Hair dryers are on site in each bathroom so no need to bring those.

Upstairs there are two queen beds and downstairs there are two singles and a full as all the living room furniture quickly converts into beds!

Outside you can dance under the gazebo, kayak, or just relax with your friends. Enjoy the private dock where you are free to fish or swim. Make sure to bring your floats and rafts for some fun on the River. Air pump is provided inside the home.

For those summer months, need to rinse off after you swim in the river? No problem. Enjoy our outdoor shower.

Enjoy the afternoons and early morning as the deer typically will come right through the property to cross the river.

Guest access
Guest have full access to the entire unit excluding our maids closet. Guest may also access common areas including the bar and restaurant plus the boat ramp with a day pass that can be purchased at the Horseshoe Bend Country Club.

Other things to note
There is access to the country club and boat ramp in the area. Day passes can be bought at the Horseshoe Bend Country Club for a small fee per day. We do have cameras on the premises for security purposes on the exterior of the home only.
