Family/Friends Getaway On The Brazos River

Enjoy the vacation of a lifetime at CABANA SHORES on the peaceful and relaxing Brazos River. This vacation home features spacious guest accommodations and an outstanding riverfront experience with outdoor entertainment area which is for guest use only. The outdoor entertainment area features a fire pit, trampoline , complete outdoor kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, hot tub, ping pong, and regulation size horse shoe and washer pits. There is also an audio system with an iPod docking station and built-in TV. Propane heaters will be provided in the winter, upon request.

There is an amazing sand beach at the waters edge, where kids can swim or play all day. The large wooded (2+ acre) lot provides plenty of shade to sit and watch the boats go by. Or drive your boat up on the sandy shore after enjoying a full day of glass smooth water.

The 2006 manufactured home features 5 spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 people maximum. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room features a new 55" 4K TV with DirecTV. The master bedroom and outdoor cabana also have a TV. The fireplace room and two other guest bedrooms also have flat screen televisions. High speed internet is available for those who have to send a last minute email to the work they left behind.

The wrap-around multi-level deck offers many opportunities to dine, socialize, or watch wildlife.

The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom, en suite, with a queen size bed. The master bathroom feature has been updated with bright and open shower with granite counter tops. There are two other bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. There is a "twin room" with 3 twin beds. Two of the twin beds can be pushed together to create a king sized bed. The adaptor is in the closet. The room off living room has bunk bed (full bottom/twin top) and has a twin daybed with twin trundle.

The views at CABANA SHORES are breathtaking, whether it is stargazing at night or watching the sun come up with a cup of warm coffee off of the back deck of the home. This is the ultimate retreat where you can unwind and let go of life's worries.

The location, amenities, comfort of the beds, it was all wonderful!! We only wish we could have stayed longer to truly experience everything the home has to offer. The home was clean, there was a stocked coffee bar, filtered drinking water, and all the necessities to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends.

This was our 5 year to stay at Cabana Shores - and we plan on returning again next year. Their place is in a great location right on the river with quick access to the public boat ramp. The place is well equipped and spacious and the cabana near the river is an excellent second place to spend time with all the extras - outdoor kitchen, fire pit, hot tub and lots of seating space for your family or group. Rich and Dina are super responsive and are always checking to ensure we are enjoying our stay. They’ve gotta a great place and we will return again and again.

Amazing Property!

I booked this property for my daughters birthday. It was way more than we expected and had an amazing time. Being on the river was a plus, but Cabana Shores has everything you would want for a group getaway. Property owner was super responsive and we will be booking again.

Bridal Party Stay

This trip was for my wedding and the rental was for the bridal party to stay. It was the perfect house for all of my girls and I to stay together and hang out. We also had family stop by so the large outdoor deck was great for not making it crowded inside. The host was also amazing and was very reachable. It was clear the property was on the older side BUT everything worked perfectly and it was lovely.

15th Price/Keen Cousin Reunion

We are a group 12 cousins from the panhandle to the Ft. Worth area gathering for the 15th year to catch up, play games and share lots of laughter. Cabana Shores is the perfect place for us. We enjoy kayaking, shopping, eating at Babes and Mary's and playing games. This is our 2nd time to stay here and I don't think it will be our last. The hosts are wonderful to answer any questions we had. Thanks for the cosy place to enjoy family.

Best family vacation ever!

This place is even more beautiful than what the pictures show! It is a beautiful, peaceful, and fun property. We were here for a wedding with family from all over and we’re having a blast from when we arrived until we left. We definitely want to come back in the very near future!

There were 16 of us (7 Adults and kids) stay was comfortable and kids had a great time outdoors . Dina, our host was very professional and prompt in her communications. Definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Weekend Gathering

Three generations of family gathered for a holiday celebration. The weather was wonderful and much of our time was spent in the cabana area enjoying the games, trampoline, swing set, fire pit, and riverside scenery!

So much to offer!

What an amazing getaway. From the river to the outdoor kitchen to the fire pit, there is almost no need to go anywhere else! We were in town for a wedding and only wish we could have spent more time on the property

Planning Weekend for Family Business

The property is as advertised and is awesome!!! The inside is nice and well appointed. The outside property is very nice and the amenities are amazing!!! Cabana bar, fire pit, horseshoes, washers, tether ball and more. Also a very nice outdoor play are for the children. A really nice getaway. We also liked the location, halfway between Weatherford and Granbury on the Brazos river. The sunsets were pretty too!!!

Great Relaxing Spot on the Water

We stayed here with a group of friends over Labor Day Weekend. Enjoyed gold at Sugar Tree nearby, but spent the vast majority of the weekend down by the water taking full advantage of the outdoor kitchen area. It was a great spot to relax, catch up and grill, cook and hang for a weekend. The cabana area was great and convenient, from the kitchen to even having a TV. Great spot!

Great place to stay!

We loved this place and had so much fun! Playing in the river and enjoying all the outdoor activities while listening to music was the best! There's plenty of room to spread out and relax in the house and everything was so nice and clean. Plan on going back again!

Family Trip for Spring Break

The outdoor area is amazing. We loved hanging by the lake and enjoying the fire pit area. There was something for all of the kids to do that did not involve them being on their phones. We will definitely be back again.

Amazing experience!

We had our Gymnastics Team Retreat! This place was perfect! The water was shallow enough so the kids could enjoy it without me worrying about them! They LOVED the outdoor games, canoe, and kayaks! There was more than enough room for a large group! We are already planning our return!
