"Great place to stay with dogs. Location is fantastic! Great neighborhood… safe and quiet. You can walk to the dog beach (also very cool) and are minutes away from the best of Pensacola. The only negatives… the property is a little tired, not run down but very functional. For all the rules about using & cleaning the grill… there were no grill tools or brush & it is rusting from the inside out. That being said… I would stay there again."

"This is a converted church which means the rooms are not standardized and your experience might depend on which room you are assigned. The hotel has good beds and linens, but small rooms ( or some are at least) a very poor, loud, AC system, poor cleaning, very poor sound proofing of rooms. It really depends on the price point you pay. These rooms can be as much as $400. They are worth 1/2 that amount. If you are paying at that 1/2 rate, then maybe an OK proposition. For example in room coffee provided is "instant" coffee. That a cheap way for the hotel to provide this service ( less labour cost) but not in keeping with an expensive room Also, note this is a 2 star - staff-less hotel. If you have any issues, no one will respond to you. I waited 13 hours for a responce. Most reponces are written by AI - and contain very little useful information. This is our future I suppose. I am predicting an AI generated responce to this review !"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this houseboat! The views were stunning and so peaceful waking up on the water felt like a dream. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it feel like a true home away from home.We especially loved the serene atmosphere at Seville Marina and the unique experience of staying right on the water. One of the highlights was fishing right off the dock and even catching rainbow trout such a fun and memorable surprise!It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We’re so grateful for the memories made here and would 100% stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway!"
