I loved the entire trip . The cabin was small and quaint. Everyone was enjoying our stay there. We loved the back drop of the mountains from the back porch. It was absolutely amazing family time there. I look forward to going there again .

My friends and I enjoyed staying in this adorable cabin. The cabin was clean and in a good location.
This cabin was beautiful! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! The kids loved the swing and hot tub. The views were breathtaking and the neighborhood was so cute. We had a great time.

Spring Skiing
It was a fun filled Dad and kids weekend. The moms were away and two dads and four kids had a great time at Cataloochee for our last ski trip of the year. If we come to the area again, we would choose this cabin.

Absolutely Picture Perfect
The cabin is perfect! I couldn't have asked for anything better. It was so hard to leave. The cabin is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views from the decks are beautiful. I loved listening to the rain on the tin roof. This is a perfect cabin for any getaway.

Relaxing atmosphere
The cabin was clean, well equipped, and the beds were comfy. We throughly enjoyed the deck and the fire pit. The scenery was beautiful and the temps were very pleasant for the summer. No humidity! We would love to visit again, perhaps in the fall of the year. We appreciated the Driggers prompt response to our questions and thank them for sharing their lovely Picture Perfect Cabin.

Great Location, Too Many Spiders
The location was great for accessing Gatlinburg, Cherokee and Asheville. Loved the porch. Mountainso were not really visible through the trees during summer. The only issues were the unending number of spiders that poured out from outlets, bathtub drains, etc. It was unnerving for the kids. There was also a stale smell to the cabin that took a couple of days to disappear.

Great Family Ski Trip
Picture Perfect Cabin truly is picture perfect! Stayed here for a week with my family, including two grandchildren. We skied at nearby Cataloochee several days, went into Waynesville for shopping and lunch, and enjoyed the Great Smokey Mountain National Park on a spring-like February day. Everything is close by. The cabin was cozy, clean, warm, very relaxing, and more than adequate for three adults and two children. My five-year old grandson particularly enjoyed all the DVDs and kids books. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The outdoor hot tub is an extra nice bonus after skiing or hiking. It was a little difficult for this grandmom to use the circular stair case to the master suite, but the kids loved it. We hope to return soon; maybe in warmer weather!

Turn your truck to garbage truck
Owners charge as for the garbage bags left by the trash cans. Hot tube was nice , beside that 4 of 5 people has burn skin after chemicals on the water. House over all nice looking, but need some better cleaning service that every guest paid for. And time to do some upgrades on the yard, there is unsave spots on the yard especially for children.

Picture perfect view off deck
Cabin was adequately supplied for our needs. We had a toddler so knowing the stairs were spiral would have affected our choice in choosing this cabin. The staircase is difficult to go up with suitcases and for those of older age. Loved the upstairs with bath, king bed and living area. Downstairs with 2 queen beds was great too. We ran out of hot water when we showered. Would be nice to have another or larger hot water heater. We felt your cleaning cost in addition to the nightly rent was very high. $135 for so little to do was pricey. View was beautiful out back deck.
Beautiful home but getting there can be a challenge
We did not realize the road to the house was a one way only, very narrow road. Arriving at the house, it is impossible to turn into the driveway so you must back into a narrow driveway. There is only room for one vehicle. The house was well equipped with kitchen essentials. However, there are a list of rules that you must follow or end up being billed additional charges if not adhered to. If you leave anything in the refrigerator or freezer you will be billed $20, if you do not take your trash off you need to leave $5 per bag. Be sure to put all remotes back in their proper place and before you leave wash and dry all the towels and strip your bed before you leave. I paid a cleaning fee for the house AND the hot tub but had to still do laundry? I've stayed at many VRBO houses and have never been expected to do this! The narrow one-way road to get to it was deal breaker for me as well as the "rules", I won't go back.

We were Disappointed
The property states that it is 9 miles from the national park. This is only partially true. It is 9 miles away from one very small section of the park and over an hour away from every other part of the park. We did not realize when booking that this cabin was so far away from the main parts of the national park (Cades Cove, Laurel Falls, Etc) which was the only place we were interested in exploring on this stay.
We did have a few issues with the cabin also. Including the list below....
-the blender works but leaks out the bottom horribly so when we attempted to make something in it over half of it poured out the bottom while it was running.
-both of the stand up fans do not work and should just be thrown away so people don't think they could be used
-the bathroom door in the loft does not latch. Overall the door latches in the bathrooms and bedrooms were very hard to use and once i got stuck in a room because i couldnt get it open
-the remote for the living room tv would not work (we are very tech savy young adults and tried anything we could think of) it works for the power and the volume but not to change the channel only intermittently. This was a huge disappointment for us because that meant the only way our kids could watch tv was in the master bedroom in the loft.
-we had to get behind the couch to get a toy car that rolled under and we highly recommend cleaning behind there because it was pretty gross.
-the front right burner on the stove did not work (well the main inner part of it does not work only the skinny outer part works which deems it pretty useless)
-on arrival we found numerous dishes that had been put away dirty and greasy so we had to wash them before they could be used.
-the doors to the laundry don't like to stay shut. We have a very mobil 1 year old so they posed a big risk for pinching fingers.
Overall we were pretty disappointed and we were so disappointed that we ended up checking out 2 days early because this property was not what we thought it would be and did not compare in cleanliness to prior rentals we had stayed in. It felt very lived in and dirty. It seemed like one thing after another was broken, didn't work right, was unsafe, or was dirty and as parents of two young kids it has been very exhausting.
What a beautiful cabin. Just wish it was cleaner. Cobwebs all over the walls. Hot tub had dirt in the bottom. No privacy where the hot tub was. You have a beautiful place. Just wished the cabin was more secluded.

Relaxing Getaway!
We had a great week! The cabin was perfect for the two of us. We used one of the downstairs bedrooms since our older, blind dog was with us and he wouldn't have been able to manage the spiral staircase to the beautiful bedroom upstairs! Our bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need! The hot tub was wonderful! The fall foliage was just spectacular and the view from the back deck was just beautiful.
I chose to celebrate my birthday in Waynesville with friends and my sister. Your cabin was very welcoming and comfortable. The location was very quiet even with other houses nearby. The beds were great. We all slept well after our days out exploring. Can't think of anything we needed that wasn't available.
Had a wonderful time! Around 45 minutes from Biltmore Estate. Elk viewing near Cherokee. Spent a-lot of time on the cabin porch swing. Great 4 day get away!
I had trouble with the dryer which was probably user error. The owner called me back promptly and quided me on what to do. He was very friendly and helpful and it was father day and he had been on the ph with family
