"Stay was excellent, we stayed for 2 nights. Cabin was clean and had extra cleaning supplies on hand. Only thing was the gas BBQ grill was very dirty on the inside with build up of grease and burnt on gunk. Other than that things were excellent. There was a squirrel on premises and did destroy the mesh netting on both sliders, trying to get inside. But definitely will be returning here."

"We had an incredible stay at this cabin in Baring, WA. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful Pacific Northwest landscape. The property itself is well-maintained and truly stunning, making it a great place to relax and unwind.Everything about our stay exceeded expectations."
Cozy, dog-friendly cabin w/ a great deck, partial lake views, & beach access
2/10 Terrible
"**Do not stay here by yourself especially as a woman**On my second morning multiple trucks pulled into the driveway boxing my vehicle in. A lady saying she was from Vacasa said the owner wanted the cable fixed and that’s what they were there for and said they didn’t know it was being rented. I told them to leave - this is a remote cabin and to have multiple people show up unannounced for a non emergency was scary and not okay.Per both VRBO and Vacasa this was against their own policies. Tracy from Vacasa claimed she didn’t know there was a renter, however she had my phone number and my name. She had no uniform or identifier that she was an employee. Trying to get in touch with anyone local after proved impossible. I did not sleep that night and ended my stay early. Tracy also failed to respond to my questions regarding the situation. Now I’m left wondering if I would have been gone already if they would have entered the property without me knowing. This situation ruined a very needed vacation. The listing itself is not very accurate. The main bedroom is the one with bunk beds, not the loft. The lofts stairs are very sketchy and I wouldn’t want to sleep up there. It’s a great location, the cabin seems to have been updated and some of the old concerns have been fixed. The grounds had a bunch of trash mixed in with snow, some of the stairs up to the cabin are loose. For a cabin on the lake it’s fine as long as you don’t get unannounced visitors."
