If you want to experience a cute little town from the ideal location than you've stumbled upon a gold mine. This condo has 2 rooms and 2 full bathrooms located 5 min walk from a kids play ground and one We have enough space that can comfortably accommodate 4 people! It also includes a modern kitchen and modern washware. The location of the condo is wonderfully put inside the city limits, where every attraction is within 5 min walking distance. There are 5 star restaurants that provide quality foods stay open late, awesome breweries that serve great beer and offer a host of activities for you and your friends. All in all this is a great location to spend the week or the weekend with your closest friends to enjoy the simple pleasures of a small friendly town!

Amazing location in the heart of Waxhaw
We booked this apartment for our team member. The communication with the host was great from the beginning. Leah, is super friendly, replies quick and was very helpful. The location is amazing. Restaurants and bars in walking distance but still a quiet place. Parking was available.

Great Walkable Spot to enjoy downtown Waxhaw
The property is very nicely kept and clean, it is in a great Walkable location to downtown Waxhaw. We had a friend day of dining, watching tournament games, and enjoying some cocktails, and then a date day the next day. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, and it was very relaxing to be able to enjoy downtown Waxhaw with no driving required. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an fun weekend out of the House.

Wedding Weekend with friends
Two couples came into town to celebrate a friend's wedding. Location is great. Walking distance to many great shops, restaurants & breweries in the quaint town of Waxhaw. Well stocked apartment with many items you wouldn't expect. Coffee, creamers, baking items, even a bottle of wine. Comfortable beds, very clean. Roku television for entertainment in the living room. Leah was very quick to respond with any issues. The only suggestion would be adding a television in the bedrooms. Could hear the residents upstairs but not too bad. Would stay here again & highly recommend.
