This very family friendly home is the perfect place for your next tropical vacation on the coast! Only a 2 minute drive to the beach! Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, dinning room, and office nook. There is plenty of space for the whole family to relax and unwind. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio or bbq and hang out on the front courtyard. There are so many fun things to do and explore in the beautiful city of Waveland!

As you enter from the mudroom/laundry room you will walk into the living room. This is a split floor plan where the master is on one side and 3 bedrooms on the other. Just past the kitchen through the dinning room, you will find the hall way that leads to the bathroom and remaining bedrooms. Half bath and office space are off of the living room along with the back porch.

You will have access to the whole home and fully fenced in back yard.

Quiet neighborhood in a great area!

The street is on the narrow side. There is enough parking for 3 cars comfortably including carport.

We are in golf cart district to downtown Bay St. Louis.
