Biggest let down was the pool wasn't usable . Hotel advertises a pool should be able to use it. Staff was nice and did the best she could with the resources she received. No more continental breakfast. Hotel could use updates and some repairs the only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the manager

Just okay

The continental breakfast and pool were closed for “maintenance issues.” The AC in our room defiantly didn’t work to its fullest potential. Other than that, everything was fine. It was very affordable and the desk employee was very friendly.

The room was clean and had the basics. The fixtures are a bit tired. The toilet seat has seen better days. the ceiling had been repaired but painted in areas with a different shade of white. Outside the areas were free of debris but the stone area the plantings could use a good weeding. Overall, a decent place to stay - not much available in Wautoma, Wi. We have stayed there more than once.

Ehhhh

Had to call for someone to come check me in. Guy was not very pleasant. Took a good 10-15 minutes to check me in. Room had a burnt out light. Lots of lady bugs crawling around. Desk chair was broken. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. No continental breakfast. Not sure if I’d stay there again.

Where do I start. Breakfast and pool were closed "due to maintenance". Was not informed when I booked hotel or when I checked in. Bedding was thin with holes. Mattresses had stains on them. Wautoma temps this weekend were below zero with wind chill in the -teens. Unfortunately, the wind was blowing in through the A.C. outlet and through the seams in the outaide walls. Rather stay in the car next time.

It was a basic room that suited our purposes, which was just to sleep and then move on. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and we did not hear noise from neighbors and the check-in went fine, which is what is most important. We did not eat breakfast because of other plans. The only negative was an AC fan that was loud. Just don't expect anything fancy - which was fine for our purposes.

Overcharged for the room by a full night. Also charged an additional $69 for switching dates for my stay which they said was a cancelation (it was a change, not a cancelation). Expedia was little help on this situation, also. People at the hotel were of little help on the overcharging, but were nice about it. I will be addressing the overcharging with the hotel itself and Expedia. Not happy. I will say that the hotel was clean.

There was no one at the counter when we arrived. The age was annoyed. It was very distasteful decorated with gody Halloween decorations everywhere. It smelled of musty mildew. There was box fans in most windows. When we went to the room in was musty and the light was flickering. There was hair in the bed sheets. It was not somewhere we wanted to hang out. We needed to find a new place to stay.
