After reserving your stay, you’ll receive a simple rental agreement to review and sign. A $300 security deposit hold is required before check-in and is securely processed through Stripe. Since we are API-connected with Airbnb/VRBO systems, this is fully allowed and ensures a smooth, protected reservation experience.
