"The hotel was just okay. The room needs an update. The carpet had a lot of rolls in. Windows were very dirty. The towels were wow out and rangy. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel was nice and quite. Parking spots were narrow. We stayed 1 night and it served the purpose."

Best of all the staff immediately acted upon our request for the pool temperature to be adjusted upwards. This was much appreciated by our party and other hotel guests. "Room was clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was always hot, full and ready. We had no issues with parking on any of the 4 days there. 2 small things I found different but not serious. For breakfast there was no salt or pepper for taste. Our room while kept clean and stocked our dirty towels piled up. Again, neither item was in anyway an issue that would cause me to complain or not suggest others to stay at the Wausau Hampton Inn."
