Everything was great except the mattress. This is the second stay with you and the first time I had to change rooms. This time being alone I managed a comfortable enough spot. Sagging with a depression from use.

Very nice linens on the bed and towels in the bathroom. Very clean room. Our room did have a desk light that was inoperable and I left a note for housekeeping. I was disappointed that there was no longer breakfast as a part of the stay, as in the past. Granted there is a 25% off coupon for breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel, but it wasn't what we were looking for, so we walked down the street to a close good breakfast restaurant. The front desk staff is also excellent. Great location. Free parking.

Beautiful Hotel! We had a suite and it was so comfortable. Only complaint is shower very small but it had a huge jet tub. Overall very happy with everything. Restaurants in walking distance plus their on-site restaurant Char. We dined at Ciao which was around tge corner and highly recommend it.

We stayed for one night and went to a show at the Grand Theater. Hotel is convenient to walk downtown Wausau and to the Grand. Enjoyed our stay. Wished we had more time to spend at the hotel. Great amenities, location and staff.

Staff was really helpful. It was my first time traveling and my first time staying in a hotel and I didn't understand how the room key worked. I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes until the associate at the desk came over to show me how it worked. The breakfast was really good with really friendly staff. Room was mostly clean. A few hair strands on the bathroom floor but nothing too over the top. The shower isn't the largest but gets the job done. Bed was very cozy and the AC was fantastic and made my sleep good. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. I would definitely stay again.
