The manager was very nice. We were on motorcycle, and he suggested we leave our bike parked under the awning of the main entrance instead of in the parking lot as it was raining. The hotel appears to being updated. The bathroom in our room was updated nicely, but the floor was dirty with hair in the corners indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is a continental breakfast, but there are lots of restaurants very near the hotel if wanting something more substancial.

We wanted a place that was close to hiking, and reasonably priced. This place fit our needs. The staff were nice and the pool and hot tub were clean. There is a continental breakfast, which was a bonus.

Entire facility was undergoing renovation. Staff were very helpful. Room was quite nice. Pool was open. Whirlpool wasn't open. A bit of an hallway odor (mild jaundice?) sensed in hallway of second floor room, not in room (until day before I left?; after skiing nearly all week at Granite Peak).
