Family long weekend

My sister and her family live close to this house, ice fishing, sledding, playing in the snow along with hanging out playing games and sharing meals together. Great house for visiting family and friends.

Great place for our entire family to gather with friends. The teens hung out downstairs and the younger kids were upstairs in the loft and the kitchen dining and living room were great for the adults.

Family Vacation Getaway

Beautiful spacious home, had a wonderful time staying here with our family and boating on the Chain O Lakes. Everything you need is conveniently made available from the host, bedding, towels, etc. and a pretty well equipped kitchen made our stay more comfortable. Our whole family had an excellent time staying here in Waupaca.

Beautiful home in Waupaca!

I stayed in this home with family members for a weekend in December. The home is beautiful. There’s lots of living space. It’s close to everything Waupaca has to offer. Checking in and out was seamless. I recommend this home for any group needing a place to stay in Waupaca.

Family Vacation on the Chain

Appreciated how comfortable the home was. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs and a huge pantry for storage. The short trip down to the pier wasn't any problem and there was ample parking. The owner seemed very friendly as well. Nice neighborhood too!

Wonderful Quiet Stay

Property was wonderful with plenty of space for everyone. Process of checking in and boat orientation was quick and efficient. Back area for fire pits had plenty of room and wood to burn. Even if the fish weren’t bitting for us, was a wonderful time to go on the pontoon and coast on the lakes and take in the views. Would definitely come again!!!

The host and property manager were excellent! The location of this beautiful home is perfect and it is so well stocked with everything you may need! Cabin in the woods feel with all modern amenities

Great experience. Location was excellent, remote but all close distance to town. Very cool drink and eating establishments within 5 minutes. Very clean and just as described. Communication was excellent.

Great home for families

We were in town for a hockey tournament and this home was a great location. The house is well equipped with kitchen items as well as everything else for our group. We had a great time between games relaxing and hanging out with each other. Would definitely book again.

Girls Weekend

Had a good time in Waupaca and the house was exactly what we needed. It has a beautiful spacious kitchen and large table for playing games and crafting. The kitchen was very well stocked with dished, glassware, cookware and pantry items. It was the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO property I have ever stayed at. Both the owner and the property manager were attentive and communicated with me during my stay. They gave good dining recommendations as well. Will definitely keep this place on the top of the list for futuren trips.

Weekend Getaway

Overall great space. Some minor issues-dishwasher wouldnt work correctly and toilet in half bath broke. Recommend bathroom for bedroom in lower level(at least toilet & sink). Pontoon fun and the manager Willy was great to work with and attentive.

Great home to have a family reunion

We hosted a very special family reunion at Paul’s home this past July. Paul was so helpful as was Willie. Very nice beautiful property to stay in with all the comforts of home and more. The home is beautifully appointed with extra seating room and a big kitchen island to entertain. Property is well kept and Very clean and spacious. Property has a huge deck for sitting outside and visiting. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. The water access is down the road and a boat rental is available. We would love to return. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great place!

Our family had a wonderful time with our week-long stay. Accommodations were perfect. Fun time on pontoon boat all week, too. We fixed the pontoon door, bought a new anchor and rope and cleared out the dryer vent in the garage. Great air conditioned home with beautiful features. All beds very comfy. Beautiful kitchen, woods view, and a great den-like office space upstairs. Our adult kids all found their place in the large home; nice bathrooms as well. Handy, nice washer and dryer available. We did see a mouse in the basement by the sofa but not a big deal, since it was in the basement, just an FYI. Thanks for the great time!

Spacious house and good location but…

This is a spacious house with a location close to restaurants, stores and kayak rentals. The price for renting the host’s pontoon boat for a week was very reasonable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio… just a little loud since the main road is right there. The backyard is very steep so we didn’t use it. We only had one major complaint… The air conditioning wasn’t working. I had to call the property manager and then the owner to discuss the problem. Luckily it was fixed pretty quickly because the house got up to 80°. The pontoon boat (you have to walk down the street to get to it) ran well but we could not use it at night because the running lights didn’t work. We had 12 adults in our group… Three of which had to sleep in the unfinished basement. I would say this is a more comfortable place for eight people since there are three bedrooms (master suite on the first floor) and one queen size sofa bed in the loft.

We have four couples who all have anniversaries in the fall and we do annual trip. William the host called me three days before and day of arrival to answer any questions we had about the area and discuss pontoon rental. We did spend a day out on the lake with the pontoon which was a lot of fun. Home was very spacious and we all enjoyed the living room with a lot of seating so our group could all be together. It was a nice area.

We enjoyed our week in Waupaca exploring the area. The home was very spacious and clean. We cruised the Chain of Lakes on the pontoon boat which ran well. We enjoyed kayaking and hiking in Hartman Creek State Park, just minutes away from the house.

The space was perfect for our extended family stay for a wedding nearby. The loft offered an excellent area for the kids to hang out and play. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking meals and we appreciated sitting out on the deck each morning for coffee. Great host communication.

Family Getaway in Waupaca

We had up to 12 people at this rental for a family getaway. It worked out perfect for us- the location is great and the house is large enough for everyone to spread out and settle in. Communication with the owner and staff was extremely prompt when needed. The front porch and back deck were used often! Thank you for everything!

Restful weekend

Nice relaxing weekend with family, but I didn't realize that lake access wasn't attached to the house - my mistake for not asking specifically. Appreciated that we were able to bring our dog for a small additional fee.
