"All fine. Lovely stay"

"I arrived after the pub was shut, but the check in instructions I received were top notch and getting into my room was really straight forward. The room was immaculate, everything was spotless and smelt lovely. A really decent sized room and great amenities. The DIY breakfast in the room was inspired, and very generous. The bed was super comfy, lovely pillows and plenty of them, the location was fabulously quiet and I slept really well. The only issue I had was that there was no hot water in the shower but I got creative and made do with the hot tap and a jug! The towels were huge, fluffy and wonderfully warm from the heated towel rail so it wasn’t so bad. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"Best room we have ever stayed in at a Best Western Hotel - bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Good size room pleasantly decorated - comfortable bed. Had evening meal in restaurant and breakfast - food well cooked, Free parking and location of hotel perfect."

"Carpark directions on the website were brilliant, there was plenty of parking space and we were able to get the permit before check in. The hotel is in a great location for town centre. The room we stayed in and some parts of the building looked tired, but were clean. Our room didn't have any towels in, but reception soon sorted that out. The room was very hot. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind and went the extra mile to look after our dog."

"Having stayed a few years ago and been satisfied, this time it's plain to see that this hotel needs revamping and some money spent on it, i thought everything was tired, although not the hotels fault the locals were not the best type if you know what i mean, the location has worsened since my last visit, Thetford seemed very run down so no more visits from me."

"We arrived early at the hotel but fortunately for us our room was ready and available so we were able to access early. The staff on desk the were very helpfull and were able to provide us with additional teabags as requested. The room we had was an accessible room, it was very clean and tidy. There was air con in the room, only issue we had was that the temperature had been preset with no control to adjust. Breakfast was buffet style, help yourself. There was a very good selection available with a variety of teas and coffees from a coffee machine. We opted for a cooked breakfast which wasn't piping hot, but we find this is normally the case for breakfasts warmed under the counter. Other items included cereals, fruit, yogurts and pastries. We booked the hotel for an event that we attended there that evening. The hotel is dated but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Park Farm is a lovely place to stay. Good food, great spa, beautiful clean rooms and importantly a comfortable bed! The staff at Park Farm are really welcoming and friendly and will quite happily have a chat. We have stayed a couple of times, and will definitely be returning again."
