"Breakfast was good like always"

"We were pleased with the remodelled hotel until it came time to take showers. There was no water coming out of the faucet. The young man from the hotel was nice but unable to fix. He did offer to change rooms for us but it was late and my daughter was in bed already. We ended up staying in the room with no showers because we were only staying for 1 night. I left a message for management requesting partial refund but did not receive call/email back."

"The host (Paul) provided first class service from the time of our booking through our arrival at the property....including several attachments to inform us of things to make our stay better and easier. The unit itself was super clean and decorated nicely...and the location was fabulous, being practically on the sand dunes and overlooking the beautiful beach and Pacific Ocean."

"The facility was okay, but the room really lacks. There wasn't a dresser or anything to put luggage or anything else on. The mattress was uncomfortable. The room didn't have any coffee maker. There was no ice machine on the property. The room was clean, but i wasn't impressed. "

"Perfect location for our girl get away! Loved the uncrowded beach and super quiet condo. Really close access to the beach and just a short drive to Apros, Capitola, and Santa Cruz! As mentioned in other reviews, the shower can be difficult to access if you have limited mobility. Really enjoyed using the pickleball courts. The carts available to load your stuff in and out was awesome! Host was super responsive, friendly and helpful!! Thanks for a super relaxing week!"
