Lexie stayed on the phone with us, patiently guiding us to the correct location and making sure we arrived safely. Her calm and professional support turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Once we got there, she ensured everything was ready for check-in, even retrieving the key from the locker for us. Lexie truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On top of that, she’s a wonderful mom to a 5-week-old baby—yet still managed to provide outstanding service late at night. We’re very grateful and highly recommend her!"
