"Run down, poor condition, missing essential safety and comfort items. Crawling with little biting bugs. Didn’t sleep a wink. Awful. I have pictures and videos. Smoke alarm missing. Mattress and box spring on floor, security chain broken off, dead bolt does not engage, no peephole, no chair of any kind to even wedge under doorknob. Want a refund!"

"We stayed at this property for a couple of days and everything went very smoothly. Rob was responsive and helpful and we had everything we needed. We both work remotely and the WiFi was great for both of us; not a glitch. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was easy to cook in. The location is quite lovely - near to two parks and right on the river. We had a nice peaceful stay, thank you."

"Took over 30 minutes on the phone with VRBO when we didn't get the entry code after check in time. There were multiple things broken and garbage all around. It's a shame because we liked the property and were going to try to make the best of it, but ended up leaving early after the kitchen flooded"
