Excellent rental. We rented 2 units this time since we had 8 people. It worked out perfectly. Love the views from the balcony and from the fire pit area. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful Days Watkins Glen

This comfortable rental is such a great location. We walked to the Watkins Glen Gorge, explored wine tastings on both east and west side of Seneca Lake, ate wonderful Thai food in town, all while the sun shined upon us.

The place was perfect! Close to shops and dining. Right near the Seneca wine trail and a few waterfalls that were unexpected but absolutely gorgeous!

Excellent Location

I stayed here with my husband and two young sons (both under 3), and this rental and location exceeded our expectations. Everything was walkable, making it easy to mobilize with little ones. The deck was the perfect hang-out spot for morning coffee and nap time. The house was very clean, and there was plenty of room for our family of four.

Fun in Watkins Glen

Our rental unit was clean and very modern. We had a wonderful balcony that was used to watch the activity on Seneca Lake and there were also Adirondack chairs to sit in before walking to dinner each night. Very centrally located and it was right up close to the water. We will stay there again.

Best place to stay!

We love staying at this rental for so many reasons! It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. We can walk to any location in Watkins Glen and then enjoy the view from our private balcony. Ann and Dan are gracious hosts who respond quickly to questions. Tip, when arriving, pull to the front of the building just off RT 14. It’s easy to unload and walk your items into the rental at this location.

Perfect spot in WG!!

We really loved our stay and the perfect location in Watkins Glen. It’s a quiet , well appointed spot with a great view and a fun outdoor space. Walkable yo everything in town and easy drive to Ithaca and the Seneca Wine Trail. Lots of steep steps in the condo so not great for people with mobility issues. But you could stay in this specious condo for a month and be comfortable!!

Finger lakes get away

House location, views and overall condition were great. We were a little early for the hiking trails, but were still able to see a lot of the falls, and visit some wineries. Like others said in the reviews the house has a lot of stairs, but the top level has a street level door which helps. If you plan to eat out, there didn’t seem to be many restaurants around, but that may have been because we were before the season started.

Great place to stay

This is our second stay at this property and I definitely recommend it. It is a great location if you are hiking in Watkins Glen or in Ithaca (~25 minutes away) or if you are wine tasting. The townhouse is literally on the lake, with a patio and a fire pit looking over the water. The townhouse is well equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal in the kitchen, linens, etc. The beds are comfortable and have plenty of extra blankets. The place is immaculately clean. The owners are friendly and give great instructions for check in and check out. We will absolutely stay here again. My only comment is neither bathroom had a bath mat for the shower. We ended up using a towel, but a mat would have been good.
