"My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Laurel for a few nights. The front desk/staff were attentive and helpful and the property/rooms were super clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice selection for breakfast as well. We loved our stay and had a great time. The only thing that I want to mention (but isn’t the hotels fault) is that there are a lot of inconsiderate people who slam their doors without consideration to others who are staying at the hotel. Unfortunately for us the loud door slamming was throughout the night or early in the morning so we didn't sleep much."

"Staffs were friendly. Check in was fast. Rooms were big and spacious. At around 1:00am there was this drilling noise that came from the window. Woke us up multiple times. I recorded the noise and shared it with the front desk staff. She quickly moved us to a new room which we were able to sleep comfortably. First room wasn’t as cleaned. There were food scraps on the floor but the second room was cleaned well. Target was across the street so it was convenient to walk to instead of driving. Photos are from the first room. "

"The property itself was fair for the price range, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable also there was no insect issues so that is a major plus. But the real star and pro about this property was my experience with the staff. The staff were professional, kind, and accessible with great communication, patience and customer service, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."
