Unfortunately, the owner is selling. She is a gracious host and the property is dialed in as a tidy and comfortable guest accommodation. A quiet location — a convenient half mile outside of Waterville just off the "main" road.

I had a flat tire, but John kindly waited for me to arrive, quite late! Mary insisted on making sure I had some sandwiches on the way out the door. ☺️🌠I slept soundly and would gladly return for a longer stay.

Very welcoming and friendly host. Had tea in the parlour upon arrival. Well appointed, clean and spacious room. Very nice breakfast. Great location/choice if you plan on golfing at Waterville.

The inn was easy to find. The property is beautifully maintained, both inside and out. The owner was very nice and helpful. She made us tea when we first arrived. The breakfast was lovely and delicious. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Lovely B&B on the Ring of Kerry
Used this as my home base for 2 nights to explore Kerry, Skellig, Valentia island, etc., and it was perfect! Mary was a gracious host and gave good itinerary recommendations (they were all great!). The breakfast was very good and bed was comfortable. The building is showing a little age with creaky floors (adds to the charm, IMO), and you can hear some people in the hallways. All to be expected in a B&B. Not quite as much public space to hang out in, but the room was large so I enjoyed more privacy. I hope to stay here again and will recommend it highly to friends!

Thank you for your review. I was surprised to read about creaky floors, as we have only concrete carpeted floors throughout the house. I am here over twenty years and many people remark how quiet the house is. We do have a guests sitting room for guests use. Thanks for referring us to friends, many people are referred guests. Great place to stay!!!
This B & B was beautiful, we'll cared for, and comfortable. Mary, the owner, was super. I had had an accident right before my trip which resulted in a bad back. She helped with luggage because her rooms were upstairs. The breakfast was wonderful. Besides a smorgasbord of food you can take right away they had a menu to choose from which they made to order. This trip was my first experience with B & Bs, and I absolutely love them. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Waterville, look no further then Brookhaven.

Beautiful place right off the road with view
We enjoyed our stay. Our host was helpful although I wish she would have had us pay upon arrival instead of when we departed. I forgot that I didn't prepay as I did with other places on our trip. As a result we nearly forgot to pay before leaving. Give guests the option of doing it upon arrival.

Amazing owners and lovely property.
Brookhaven House is welcoming and charming. Great location for golf. Owners were supremely helpful, even picking me up after my car slid off the road and finding me local service to tow me out. Despite the car trouble, my son and I had a terrific experience meeting some truly special people.

Beautiful B&B on the Ring of Kerry
Very friendly and welcoming owners who provided us with a great recommendation for dinner at a local pub. The room was very spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The guest sitting room with fireplace is a great place to unwind both before and after heading out. A generous breakfast is provided in a beautiful room downstairs with breakfast cooked to order. Overall a great B&B which we recommend and would definitely stay at again.

Nice home at the far end of the Ring of Kerry
We arrived at Brookhaven House just ahead of the annual Ring of Kerry charity ride, which trapped us for the morning in the immediate environs. This forced us to spend extra time on the northwest corner and on a neighboring ring- which ended up being fabulous! The home was clean and bright, the room spacious. We were greeted with coffee/tea and soda bread on arrival and served a very nice breakfast in the morning. However, the electricity went off for a few minutes, the wi-fi was a little spotty and the water temperature varied a lot. As with all other hotels and B&Bs on our trip to Ireland, the bedding was thick and fluffy, with no plain sheet of light blanket to accommodate a warmer night or "hot sleeper". The hostess is distressed by the short B&B season in Waterville and the bite that 3rd party bookings are taking away from her. Like many Irishmen, she wallowed in the negative while still being pleasant and accommodating.

The hostess was remarkably kind and helpful. She even gave us a gift because we were on our honeymoon. The breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient to visit Skellig Michael. Absolutely perfect.

Surely, this is the most amazing B&B in Ireland!
We were completely amazed by our stay at the Brookhaven House. It was quite simply perfect. What made it perfect? Well, there was a friendly, caring hostess; the room was packed with quality amenities (including a plate of fruit and chocolates on our pillows); the bed was unbelievably comfortable; and our breakfast of scrambled eggs and oak smoked Atlantic salmon was a delicious way to start off the day. What a marvelous stay we had at Brookhaven House!

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you here!
We stayed at Brookhaven for four nights and were delighted by the warm welcome we received. A sumptuous breakfast kickstarted each day, chosen from an extensive menu. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh, as was all areas of the Guest House and we couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay.

Awesome place!
We arrived here at Brookhaven after hours of touring Ireland. The owner greeted us, helped us to our room, and brought us tea and coffee. She sat down in the main living area and talked with us for 30 mins or so. The rooms were great! After going out and exploring the town of Waterville, we were welcomed back with our beds turned down and chocolates on our pillows! Woke up the next morning with fresh breakfast! I would definitely stay at this B&B again and I would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent B&B
Beautiful rooms and facilities. Breakfast was quite the spread! Close to Waterville, Waterville Golf Links, and many options for walks and beaches. A lovely beach resort town to be experienced in the late spring/summer. The proprietor was extremely helpful - a fountain of knowledge! Would definitely recommend Brookhaven House to anyone visiting the Ring of Kerry!

Wunderschöne Zimmer und TOP Frühstück
Sehr schönes Zimmer mit sehr netter Dame, die sich um alles kümmert und gute Tipps für die Umgebung (Restaurants oder Ausflüge gibt). Tolles Frühstück, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.

宿に着いたら、予約が入っていないと言われて、ほかの宿を紹介された。結果的に宿は確保されたので良かったが、場所は離れていてレンタカーがなければ移動できない場所だった。宿のオーナー曰く、ここ数日コンピューターの調子が悪かったので、とのこと。貴サイトの信頼性にも影響すること故、しっかり調査の上改善を期待する。
