Everything was wonderful from the room to the staff

I stayed at another sonesta hotel in Florida which is why I chose this one and so glad I did! I had one of the rooms with a city view which was great. The staff was also very helpful and kind. I was initially checked in by Deo. I did arrive early so my room wasn’t ready so I agreed to a different room but it wasn’t one with a view and I didn’t like it so I went back down and another lady helped me switch back to my originally room. I don’t recall her name but she was very patient. The rest of my stay, Zack helped me and he was really sweet. The only downside is the parking. It’s $32 per day for an in and out pass since the hotel doesn’t own the parking lot so it quite expensive. Other than that, I loved my stay.

Clean modern room and easy access to the airport!

I just wish I knew when hotels stopped having microwaves in rooms. Its annoying to walk back and forth to the lobby to use it. But this is all hotels anymore. Aside from that this is a lovely hotel and I would stay again should I ever return to the area.

Perfect location for walking over to US Bank. Only piece of advice is making sure you understand that parking is tricky when an event is going on, even when you have hotel parking. We called for some help and were told “best of luck,” as roads were shut down. Being from out of town, we didn’t know all these roads would be shut down, but lesson learned, we did figure it out on our own (ignore the no left turn sign and turn anyways because you are just parking going to the parking garage).
