Nice hotel, lovely stay for the weekend close to everything. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with our queries

Very disappointed, expected 5* service especially having let the Lowry know about accessibility needs in advance. We had always wanted to stay at The Lowry, sadly we didn’t receive the customer service to fit with a 5* hotel label of this type. I had my Mum in wheelchair and your ‘doorman’ watched me struggle with bags from car, he even told me to park elsewhere even though I had a disabled badge on display and had pre arranged a parking space by email but he said as you had a ‘car show’ on this meant less spaces, but does this mean no customer service too !? We arrived late on Saturday due to Mum being in A&E Stafford in the morning, then faced with football traffic, through no one’s fault we missed our Sunday lunch booking for 430, to be told no food now as fully booked, we arrived at The Lowry at 530, having to go straight to room for all of 20 mins after checking in, we had to be out again for Uber to Co-op Live at 610pm. The accessible room was excellent, just a shame as we would have liked more time in it ! I booked The Lowry for Mum’s 83rd birthday treat to be treated like a queen and go to see Westlife, I’m So upset for my Mum that the hotel let me down! First impressions count! Only one chance to make that first impression …. Sunday was another day, accessible shower facilities brilliant in room and breakfast selection was amazing, staff on duty good and attentive, with reception staff being approachable when asked how our stay was, Hayley listened.

In an excellent position for the AI Arena as well as shops and restaurants, the Suites are well presented with all you need and the pool is lovely !
