"I spent 2 weeks at the property, it was very clean, well equiped (especially for cooking) and had all the ammenities needed, all be it in a small space. The hosts were lovely and unobtrusive, yet available if anything was needed. The area is very suburban and quiet, yet an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Waterloo for shops and restaurants. "This property is in a very seedy neighborhood! I could not find an address anywhere on the building but waited until other guests exited so I knew it was the correct place. When we arrived we messaged the contact person for directions to enter. We waited 1 1/2 hours and received no reply as of yet. We found other lodging. The communication could be me fault as I should have requested 24 hours earlier, but no reply after 3 messages?? I would not suggest anyone booking here. "

"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"We had a very nice stay. The house is historic and full of charm and the location is great. You are a quick walk to the train station and it's easy to walk to several restaurants and small plazas. The Grand Place is about a 30ish minute walk that is really pleasant. Fabrice greeted us and was very informative when we arrived. The only issue we had was when we were leaving. We had agreed upon leaving cash for the extra fees that were owed (extra bedroom, extra person) in a tray with the keys on...
