"The room was great for the trip. Did see a dead bug behind the dresser but thank God there wasn’t anything else."

"The staff was pleasant, but unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathtub had hair left from a previous guest, and the towels did not appear fresh. I hope management can address housekeeping to improve future guests’ experiences."

"Our suite overlooked the ocean and it was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean."

"I liked the hotel the kids loved it my only problem is the cleanliness of the room. There were dishes with clearly visible food residue left on the plates. The platform on which the wall bed sits is disgusting around the edges of it possibly food, dirt, & dead bugs around it. The linen on the pull out couch looked dirty with hair on it. The couches were dirty more specifically the two solo couches you can see the true color of the chairs are whitish towards the bottom & then the top of it has a blackish tint to it along with multiple stains."

"Wow, this was such a great find!!! Everything there was super accessible, and we were really happy with the choice that we made!"

"The property itself was nice. Clean room and great amenities. We had a problem with the room next door. The couple were screaming and threatening violence to each other into the early morning hours of our first night. I called the front desk 4 times to send security up there. They only came once. When I called the last time to tell them it was happening again, the front desk person told me to call 911. When I spoke to management the next morning they advised there was nothing they could do if they didn’t hear it happening. The next night started the same way, with them screaming at each other around 10pm. I called the front desk again. Then they had security call me and he was very rude. Not happy with how they handled the situation. "

"There’s so many renovations going on. Noise everywhere. Most of the pools are closed. None of which was listed anywhere online before booking. "
