  • Fully furnished apartment including linens, towels & fully equiped kitchen in a wooded park-like setting. Steps away from shopping, beaches and restaurants. Enjoy the beautiful coastline as well as all of our on-site amenities. ​ (Coming Aug 23 )Enjoy sitting on your private balcony overlooking a wooded area, work out in the fitness center or go for a dip in our salt water pool then relax at the gas firepits. Minutes from Electric Boat, CTCollege, Coast Guard, Mitchell College.
    The space
    Lovely fully furnished 864 square foot 1BR/1BA unit with living room, kitchen with island seating, bedroom, full bathroom, laundry room, and patio. Linens, towels, kitchen equipment provided.
    Other things to note
    All guests are required to sign our short term agreement, please provide email address.
    Across the parking lot from the building, we are under construction on 6 more budlings!

Waterford Woods

This 1 BR apartment is very spacious, comfortable and cute. It came very well equipped with everything you need including washer and dryer. It was very, very clean and decorated very nicely. The property also has a salt-water pool, fitness center, dog park and multiple BBQ’s. Definitely the place to stay in southeastern CT.

Acommodation was clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful. But we were never provided check-in information, i.e. pass codes for front door and unit entry. We finally were provided pass codes by contacting VRBO directly.

It was so convenient being so close to our house when we had family stay for the week. We were able to escape with our dog while our house was overrun with three kids and their parents.

Our stay at a non elevator complex

My husband is handicapped and uses a cane to get around. So the flights of stairs to go to the second floor were not only hazardous but very painful and stressful. I went to ask at the rental office about a move to the first floor and was told forget it and no elevators for handicapped. Why is that not in the description. Shame on u and the Waterford woods. The common spaces like the hallways looked like they were 20 years old with scratches , dents, and door hardware falling off. Woolf never go back.
