This adorable apartment is just perfect! It has everything we needed and it is so nicely decorated. The host is very helpful and responds quickly to her texts. It has a nice deck that we were able to sit on it during our stay. It is located in a perfect spot downtown Waterbury close to great restaurants and not far from Stowe. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment with lovely balcony. Waterbury is charming and close to many hiking trails. Book early for the popular restaurants!
Cozy comfortable place. Great location in town. Very clean and well stocked. There are a lot of stairs if you have issues with that but otherwise five star all around.
We stayed in Waterbury for a recent ski weekend. The place was perfect - warm and inviting with everything you could possibly need. It’s in the heart of town, perfect location for getting to the slopes or stepping out (car free) in town.

Cute, large apartment. Easy to walk to restaurants.
This was a lovely place to stay. It felt very comfortable. It was very bright and sunny. Next to train tracks, but maybe because it's up on the third floor, it did not bother us at all. The main area is much bigger than it looks in the pictures Close to everything in Waterbury, and a short drive to Stowe, Waitsfield, and other locations around the state. I hope to stay here again sometime.
We loved everything about this apartment - comfortable beds, fluffy towels, spacious kitchen, lots of light, including a great balcony. And we just couldn't get over the location - in the heart of everything - with a coffee shop next door - but with privacy and a designated parking spot! The host was great though we didn't lack for anything. We definitely plan to stay there again! (Note that it is on the top/third floor but stairs are maintained and have handrails).
This is a great spot in a great location-- it's a quick walk from the train station, and all the restaurants and shops in Waterbury village are accessible on foot, even in the winter. Check in was easy, and the unit was clean, tidy, spacious, cozy, and restful, with lots of natural light and inviting places to sit and relax. I have taken off one star because my partner and I had to spend some time deep cleaning the shower drain of gunk and hair from previous guests so that we could make use of the amazing bath tub without backwash from the drain. I think we did a pretty good job, and that the next guest will not have this problem, but it was a small hassle in an otherwise perfect little weekend trip.
The place itself was fine but the communication with the host was terrible. Haven’t heard back from her in 30 hours. My husband left a sweater in the dryer and we’re still waiting to hear back from the host about it. We offered to come back and get it, no response. She said she messaged her cleaners and new guests and didn’t get a response…that’s sketchy. That means her cleaners who were there first either took it or aren’t good at communicating either. Or, her tenants did and her cleaners didn’t respond at all. It’s very disappointing because we did like the place and the book store. Hopefully she’ll respond and we can get the sweater mailed.
