- Welcome to our charming apartment in Waterbury Village Historic District! This delightful rental features 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed + 1 twin bed, perfect for couples, small groups, or families. Enjoy the clean, cozy living space and take advantage of convenient amenities like a full kitchen, washer + dryer, WiFi, private balcony, and dedicated parking space.
Make your vacation one for the books with a host of popular eateries, galleries, and shops just steps away, and travel destinations including hiking & biking trails, ski resorts, restaurants, shopping, luxury spas, and so much more all within an easy 15-30 minute drive. There is so much to see & do all year round!
Located above a locally owned, independent bookstore + coffee shop, the apartment is accessible via covered, outdoor stairs. There is a train that runs behind the apartment, however it only runs 1-2 times per day around 10:00 am and 10:00 pm and has not been a disturbance to our many guests over many years.
