"Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked out, I asked the front desk and she said she would send maintenance. It was not an entire building problem. The woman at the front desk tried to explain the elevator that let to our parking but as she even said (not in these word) she is "directionaly" challenged. So we were more confused after the explanation. If you are on the 6th floor , beware. You have to take 2 different elevtors to get there. It's a bit of a walk. When we called down to the front desk to find out where to empty the trash, the girl on duty said she wasn't familiar with the building. Oh, and if you order Grubhub beware. They are known to just leave it outside the apartment building door (our $80 order was, of course stolen). All of this just made it all kind of a big hastle.On the good side, although the carpet in the bedroom was a little stained, the bed was comfortable (firm enough for my back) and the rest of the accomodations were nice. "

"There was confusion during check-in as the rental agency did not update the packet/keys with my information and the concierge did not know what to do. I had to call the billing department to confirm there was not a payment issue and that is how it was discovered that the previous renter information was left on the packet/keys that should have had my information updated. Not a huge problem, but did delay my dinner by approximately 1.5 hour which was rather inconvenient. "

"cleanest rental we have experienced, but amused by kitchen: no potholders, no plain (not serrated) paring knife, coated fry pans but only metal spatula, salt and pepper shakers, but no contents. vacuum cleaner barely sucks, gotta follow and hand pick what vacuum misses. worst were cabinet handles - sharp corners at forehead level which hurt on contact. even with these minor frustrations we enjoyed a great 3 weeks at VRBO and Reston Town Center"
