The stay was very nice. This location is right next to Times Square so it is accessible to many sights, dining and the subway. The room was rather small for 4 adults and the two beds took up most of the room We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Staff was helpful.

Room was fine, small but not a shoebox; bathroom door was unable to be fully locked but since I was travelling with a close friend, we did not have an issue with it. Desk in room had outlets to charge phones/ computers, but we had a hard time using it. After adjusting the cables it did eventually work, but it took a while to fully charge. Quiet area, super close to central park which was so nice! Elevator is old and sort of slow.

"I stayed for 3 nights and they did not come in after the 2nd night and get rid of the trash. I told the front desk and they said you have to request it. Yet they did it on Friday. I left a tip with a note for Friday. I also left a tip for Saturday and was gone all day and no one even came in my room. ..."
