"Nicely laid out house. Best for couple or small family as beds upstairs were 2 twins and a cot and steps were very steep (not unusual in an older home). Downstairs was very thoughtfully laid out and equipped. Very walkable neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown."

"Spent a long weekend here, and loved everything about it - the farm setting, the proximity to points of interest, the cleanliness, the decor... The cottage has everything you need, plus some extra treats like cocoa mix, etc. Yes, the cottage is on a hillside and there are stairs, but the view and the privacy make it worth the extra steps! (And you can pack lightly, as the unit has a washer+dryer.) We had an amazing time and can't wait to return!"

The house is stocked with a variety of items (plenty of paper products, coffee pods...) to make your stay easier. The house is located right alongside the scenic South Holston river. The road access is very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
