"We only stayed for a couple of nights but we had a great stay. The team is really friendly. The room has everything you need and the bathroom on top of being fun, has a really good aeration system. The bed is god, big, and probably a little too soft for my taste. The location is good, about 10min walking from One Nimman and Maya malls. There is also everything you need within 5min walking around the hotel (laundry, 711, etc…)"

"The staff was super friendly and the morning buffet was delicious, even if it had some not so breakfast choices. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Highly recommend this hotel for a affordable but luxury feel. "

"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs.
The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand.

"Other than being located outside the city center ( 1-2 min drive by scooter or tuk tuk ), Chiang phueak is the next best spot IMO. Safe, shopping, quiet, and clean. Still in the walking streets and markets which line the whole city. This hotel feels upscale, is extremely clean, well run, very affordable, and has beautiful day/night views of the golden shrine of Doi Sethup right off every balcony. Private, gated and manned under building parking with elevator. One of the best."

"I felt like home staying at Chor Chang House. Everybody at this family-run hotel is friendly and takes effort to accommodate guests' needs. I plan to come back on my next visit to Chiang Mail.
There are lots of affordable local restaurants in the neighborhood, and the Nimman area is within a walking distance when the weather is okay. "

"Clean, beautiful rooms! We loved the location and the staff. They let us leave our bags with them, and were so kind. Our friend who is also from the states recommended it to us, and we were not disappointed!"

"I had a really pleasant stay at S48 Hotel Chiang Mai! The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a day out exploring although transport is reccomended as the sereness yet closeness to the city centre still need a bit to travel although close.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and smooth with staff who could not enough to help. I also appreciated the little touches that made the room feel cozy yet...

"There was no lift, and they didn’t provide in-room slippers or toiletries, but the room had a small balcony with a small drying rack, which was very convenient. They provides free-flow coffee and drinking water. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, so we enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location also made it easy to rent a car.”"

"Warm and welcoming hospitality from all the staff who made our stay in Chiangmai memorable. Rooms were clean with brand new amenities. Delicious home cooked breakfast with variety of dishes. The location is walking distance to tourist attractions. We would book again and recommend to anyone looking for an incredible stay in Chiangmai! "
"Loved that it was super convenient and in walking distance of most things you may want/need (coffee shop, restaurants, laundry mat was only a 7-8mins walk away, etc). It was also right where the Sunday night market is! Hotel accommodations was nice and clean. Friendly staff. We never ate at their restaurant so not sure how the food was. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"
"Everything was perfect. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST with Excellent employees. Convenient location to walk to the old city. Room was clean with amenities we expected. "
"The room was fine, good pressure in shower but for a tall guy it was too low. The weather was mixed so didn't use pool but looked nice. Excellent breakfast "
"Room was excellent. Majority of staff struggle with English even though it is a major tourist area ( I know I don't speak Thai, but in tourism English is required as the more universal language). To be told to come back at 8pm (at 2pm) when the 1 person with a grasp of English would be available is odd. Breakfast was good. Location good."
