"The room and bathroom was very clean, and the office manager Mel was very kind to provide information about things to do in the area. The hotel is very close to coffee shops, restaurants and the Oklahoma museum of nature, that we visited. She also contacted me before arrival to confirm details about the room. I did not see the email until we arrived, but we had exactly the room that we needed. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Norman!"

"This hotel is filthy and run down the carpets are soiled there is mold in the bathroom and it smells very bad. The owners have no concern for their customers and I will never stay in a Sleep Inn again. "

Staff was Extremely friendly and breakfast menu is served in the room was a nice touch (we had the Denver omelets and pancake/egg/bacon breakfasts, which were very good). This is our new place to stay in the Norman area. One note: this was our fault for not noticing when booking, but there are some upper-floor rooms with stairs only."

"This was a decent stay. Breakfast was available; although I missed it every morning of our stay due to over sleeping. There was plenty of parking available in front of each room. The room was clean, comfy, and smelled good. The staff was nice and helpful when asked for a few more pillows, towels, and toilet paper. Would stay again."
