This home will blow your mind! Make yourself at home here in the living room! It has plenty of comfy, leather seating for everyone with the cutest decor. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need for your stay as you prepare and serve up the family's favorite dishes. The Master suite is just off the kitchen. It has a large luxurious King bed. reading chairs and a TV. The large master bathroom has double sinks and a huge step-in shower. The second bedroom has charm galore with its cute twin daybed and twin trundle. It has a private door leading into a full bathroom. Just off the bright and cheery dining room are the doors leading out to your private paradise? The backyard is perfect for the whole family! Spend your days in a luxurious pool and spa, and your evenings by the fire. There is a built-in outdoor fireplace with comfortable outdoor furniture to relax in. The kids will have fun on the playground! A private putting green will allow you to practice your short game.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The bunk room has two sets of twin over queen bunk beds and another TV to enjoy. The 4th bedroom is a charming room with a King bed, two reading chairs, and a TV. The loft family room area is perfect for relaxing with the whole crew on a huge sectional sofa and a big television. You will also find an awesome shuffleboard table in the loft as well that offers hours and hours of fun. The laundry room is located just at the top of the stairs where you can find a large washer and dryer to take care of all of those dirty clothes.

Quick Getaway

Property was nice and very clean. We stayed here a few years ago and it was still great. The pool and outdoor spaces are very nice a lot of fun! Our kids loved it!

4th time staying here

This is our favorite St. George property! Literally has everything. We love that you can adjust the temp of the hot tub and so the kids can swim at night in the spring and fall temps. The waterslide is a favorite and overall we love this place and will continue staying here.

Loved the home. Great for families & so much fun. The only bad thing about the stay, is that there were a massive amount of flies in the home and the backyard. Other then the flies, the home was perfect.

Fun for everyone

This property has it all! The outdoor play set was perfect for the twin toddlers. The putting green kept our adult boys busy non-stop, and the pool was enjoyed by all of us. Very clean and comfortable home. We’ll definitely look to stay here again.

Great House

We recently stayed at the Zion Poolhouse and had a wonderful time. It was about a 2 hour drive from Las Vegas, which is where we flew into, and 45 minute drive to Zion National Park which is why we were coming to Utah. None of the drives ever seemed long because the scenery is so beautiful. The house was perfect for our three older boys, my husband and myself. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with the hot tub and the management company was very quick to get the issue resolved. Very friendly and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to rent this house again when we return to Utah.

Awesome peaceful retreat. Great for whole family!

The house was immaculate! There was no evidence that anyone had stayed there before us. The layout of the house is perfect with the master bedroom and another bedroom downstairs. The giant upstairs wraparound couch was perfect for family TV watching at night and the TV (all of them) are linked up to any streaming services It was so easy for us to continue our Netflix shows etc. etc. The pool was beautiful especially at night with the lighting in that awesome Utah weather. The grass was so nice to walk on in a little miniature golf putting green was fun for the kids. The grill worked perfectly, and it was a great yard in which to eat outside. We wanted to stay longer just to enjoy the house. I think that says a lot!

very clean and fun house!

This place was so fun and clean for our family ( especially with kids). Pool water was a little murky when we arrive ( a little disappointed). pool and slide worked great ( except hot tub, could never get it working), until our last day there. the water was very murky and a lot of sand on the bottom( previously there before it was our time at the rental), it made the slide not work very well. we let the retal company know about that. House was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable! plenty of sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms! air conditioning worked very well! loved the design of the house and the way it was decorated. we loved the outside playground and mini golf, my kids loved it! my husband and I enjoyed the patio light and sitting outside at night! our family loved this rental so much, it was the most fun and comfortable rental we have ever had, we are definitely coming back again! My only 2 complaint are: the rental company was very hard to get ahold of for our questions and when we needed help. the only time i was able to get them on the phone was right at 9 am the next morning. they need to hire more people to answer the phone or do something different. when i left a message to call me back, no one would call me back. i would have to follow up with them and call them back (several times). also, i was not happy that the pool water was already murky when we arrived. I fully expected to have a clean pool, especially at the price we paid. I understand that it probably cost a lot to drian and refill the pool, but when you show up to a rental with a dirty pool, its very disappointing and a bit upsetting. i'd be willing to pay a bit more money for a clean, fresh pool.

Amazing Vacation

We spend most of our vacation at the house and had the best time. We have a young family and there was something everyone enjoyed the entire time. Great indoor and outdoor area. So much fun!!

Ups & downs

My family and I recently stayed at the Zionhouse in St. George for the second time.The cleanliness of the home was impressive, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the start. The spacious layout promised a fun-filled stay, with a play area and putting green being key attractions for our kids. However, our excitement was dampened when we discovered that the play area and putting green were flooded due to a water issue. Multiple calls were needed to get the problem addressed, eating into a significant portion of our vacation time. While the property management eventually fixed the problems, the lack of compensation for the inconvenience was disappointing. In short, the Zionhouse offered a clean and promising environment for a family vacation, but issues with amenities and a lack of proper compensation left us with a mixed impression.

Fantastic home

We had a truly special vacation at Zion Poolhouse! The pool and slide are amazing! The other amenities helped make great memories. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were all very comfortable. The house was gorgeous. The location is fantastic: minutes to St. George, Sand Hollow, and Copper Rock, and a short drive to Zion National Park. We will definitely be back.
