Frene Valley Guest House

Adorable, stylish, perfectly located, brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house in downtown Hermann, MO. Located on E 4th Street, you can walk to all of downtown Hermann's bars and restaraunts and wineries or have the Hermann Trolley pick you up at the house and take you everywhere. It will even drop you off at the house when you are done exploring for the day.
This brand new house is perfectly decorated to be your home away from home. There are 3 king sized beds and 1 queen bed upstairs. One of the King bedrooms and the queen bedroom has an en suite full bath, another has an en suite half bath, and there is also a full hallway bathroom. All have comfy memory foam mattresses. There is also a sleeper sofa and half bath on the main level. The kitchen is fully furnished with all pots, pans, and utensils you would need to prepare a basic meal along with a coffee bar. Enjoy an evening glass of wine on the deck or watch a movie on the 65 in HD TV.

The place was very nice! Everything looked just like the pictures. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted! Loved the back porch too it was nice to be able to enjoy the evening outside.

This quaint house was perfect for us girls! Easy to find. Walking distance from Amtrak or the trolley is available to drop you off! Very clean house with excellent layout in each room. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. We loved the table inside and outside to accommodate our group in sitting together to visit. Plenty of room on the coaches to spend time together or watch something on the large TV. Located close to boutique’s and restaurants.

Great Stay In Hermann!

The house is super cute and exactly as listed. It is SO convenient to downtown Hermann shopping and restaurants. Loved having off street parking for our group. Would definitely recommend for a weekend girls trip!

Great location

The rental was in a great location to walk to wineries, whiskey distilleries and the trolley. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen has what we needed to do light cooking.

Wonderful stay

This house was perfect for our family girls trip! Very clean, located within walking distance of the train station and the downtown shops and restaurants, and plenty of space and bedrooms/bathrooms. Definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Hermann.

Frene Valley is in the perfect location. You are in walking distance of everything downtown. It’s in a a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip

Perfect location to enjoy the restaurants and shops in Hermann. Short drive (10 minutes) to the wineries. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch every morning. Place was perfect for our extended family, clean and exactly as described.

The Frene Valley house was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and very roomy. The location was perfect. We walked to all the downtown shops, wineries, and restaurants. We had never been to Hermannn and we fell in love with the town.

Great VRBO experience!

The property is fairly new. Must have bean a tear down. VERY CLEAN! All four bedrooms upstairs and 3 full baths and one half bath. Perfect for the four of us. Really comfortable beds. Three couches by the TV made it great to visit in the evenings. Great location to shops and restaurants. Our original plan was to use the trolley to visit wineries, but we ended up shopping all day! Would highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! It is in excellent location compared to all the places in town. We walked everywhere and felt extremely comfortable in the house. There are multiple bathrooms which made getting ready a breeze. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend this place to others!

Great place in Hermann

Easy to find and lovely house. Nice seating area on back covered porch. We had six friends and it fit our needs well. Having the half bathroom downstairs was helpful. The 3.5 bathrooms upstairs were nice so multiple people could get ready at the same time. We would definitely come back!

Octoberfest in Hermann

Property was just as listed. Very clean with plenty of bathroom space. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Only thing if negative, there were 10 of us and only one small sliver of soap and 1 very small container of shampoo for each bathroom with a shower. Glad that I brought some with me. Neighbors were very nice. Would stay there again.

Excellent place!!

The location of the house is the best thing about it. Plus the house is wonderful too! Just about 2 blocks in any direction and you are at a restaurant, nightclub, shop or winery. The house was just right for the 8 of us. Plenty of room in the kitchen/living room. 4 bedrooms upstairs and just as many bathrooms. House was very clean and up to date.
