This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home can sleep 9 people or with the use of a Queen sofa sleeper & sleeper chairs fit as many as 13, perfect for groups of families and friends! The master bedroom hosts a King bed, as well as a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub. The queen bedroom features a smart TV as well and has a shared bathroom in the hall. In the bunk room, you will find a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. No matter what you enjoy, Tiki Oasis at Ladera is sure to have something for you!

Very clean, lovely property

We stayed two nights and a day in this property and loved every minute we were there. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good working order. Beds were comfy. House was clean. The games in the garage were the favorites of our kids. Will be starting again!

Fun family property!

We felt so at home here. The kids loved playing ping pong and air hockey in the garage and mini golf and swimming in the backyard. Seriously so much fun to be had right at the property. Add to that the awesome location and you’ve got a super fun family vacation!

Absolutely perfect stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was immaculate — everything was spotless and clearly very well cared for. It felt like walking into a brand new home. The layout was spacious and comfortable, and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The amenities really made the trip special. The hot tub and pool were clean, warm, and perfect for winding down in the evenings. We also loved the game room, it kept everyone entertained for hours! It's rare to find a place that checks every box, but this one truly did. Great location, super clean, and packed with fun. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free getaway just 45 minutes away from Zion.

The house was immaculate, comfortable and full of fun. We could have never left the house our whole vacation and never run out of things to do. The kids did not want to leave (and neither did the adults). We will be back for sure!

Beautiful and a great Vacation spot

This home had everything we needed and would definitely recommend this home to anyone. It had such great options for fun with the hot tub, heated pool, ping pong table, and air hockey table. The house was well stocked with games and anything we thought we had forgotten such as laundry soap, snacks, etc. There was even a fan for a white noise for my little girls. It was a vacation just staying in the home, no need to leave to have fun!

Wonderful property!!!! We really enjoyed our stay! Only thing was the outside TV remote didn't work and we tried replacing the batteries. Also there was supposed to be 3 remotes according to the sheet in the living room but there was only 2. Minor! Will stay here again for sure, we loved it!

Fantastic Vacation Home

First time renting a vacation home and the place was beautiful and well kept. All the rooms, including the outdoor patio area was just as described when I made the reservation. Upon arrival there was instructions on how to use everything (pool/hot tub, tv, grill, etc). Would rent again and recommend to family and friends. I would however recommend hiring an exterminator found large spider in one of the bedrooms. Other than that everything was great.

loved but ran into a few probs.

Internet didn't work first night, and fans in bedrooms we couldn't figure out how to get them turned up. Also the community pool lights were so bright until 11:30 at night maybe invest in black out drapes, jacuzzi was dirty. Overall we had a great time and place was very clean.

Great place for teens !

We traveled with our three teens and they were thrilled with the different entertainment options as well as the hot tub and mini golf course. Wonderful place to stay.

This home had everything our family of 7 was hoping for. We loved the pool and spa. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Loved that it has a EV Charger which worked great for my Tesla. We will definitely be back.

Great stay

The place was ready and clean on arrival. All the beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets. Really no complaints. My only input would be that the kitchen trash bin needs to be bigger. It had big bags in a small bin and leave it outside the cabinet instead of under the sink. It seemed like we used way to many bags for 4 people for 4 days. Great house!
