Our beautiful Southern Utah Retreat with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms includes RV parking. Boasting a fenced courtyard with private hot tub, fire pit, bbq grill, outdoor dining table and additional seating for 8 makes this the perfect place to relax. This new pet friendly home is professionally decorated with top of the line furnishings including a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. We have thought of every detail and you will have everything you need for an amazing and memorable stay.

We are taking the necessary steps to ensure our guests are safe from the coronavirus.
We want to help travelers the best we can feel comfortable knowing we are using extreme precautions to keep everything sanitized in the home. Hard surfaces, door handles and stair railings will be sanitized using Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved disinfectant products approved for use against COVID-19.

Enjoy this fully equipped kitchen with all the luxuries of home. Featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining room table that seats six and bar seating for three, there is plenty of room to entertain family and friends. There is also an outdoor dining table that seats six on the back patio just outside the sliding glass kitchen doors.

Natural light illuminates the main living room which has two couches, comfort seats, and a 55" flat screen smart TV. The second spacious living area is upstairs and includes a comfortable sectional, a 55" flat screen smart TV with cable where you can unwind! We have even stocked some favorite card and board games ensuring total enjoyment after a day in the sun.

The private courtyard includes an outdoor hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining table with plenty of additional patio seating, perfect for relaxing beneath the stars. Home has a large 2 car garage with an electric car charger.

* Community swimming pool is heated and open year round!

* Home is dog friendly and we do not charge a pet fee for one small dog. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. We have made exceptions and absolutely willing to consider - pet fee may apply for larger/additional dogs. Please send us a message. We are happy to help!

Guest access
You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay with the exception of one closet under the stairs. There are NO shared spaces in the home and all amenities are available to use.
Other things to note
* Dates you want are not available? We have an identical property that is new so the calendar is more open and likely available.
* Need more space for a larger group? We have luxury studio suites, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom and even 6 bedroom/6 bathroom that sleeps up to 30!

--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.
