Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from historic downtown Washington. Stroll downtown to explore local boutiques, cafés, antique shops, and historic landmarks.
The space
This cozy guest house, or as we call it, The Outback, is one open living area with a private bathroom. It sits at the back of our gated property. Pets are not allowed. We have a rescue dog, Alfie, that loves people.

There are no shared spaces, and you’ll enjoy ground-level entry with no steps for easy access. Self check-in is available for your convenience, and free parking is provided on-site just steps from your entrance.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Very clean and tidy apartment. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Nice security being behind an electric gate, although it is a nice neighborhood. All of the appliances looked new, very clean. A person could easily walk to historic downtown to check out what it has to offer. The Hosts live on the premises, so it is easy to communicate with them. If a person is looking for a single room apartment to use for a bit, I don't think you could find a cleaner and nicer one than this. I will certainly be back!
