Large Family Home, 20 minutes to Sand Hollow, close to shopping, hiking and fun!
Great Home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. Perfect for kids to ride bikes or scooters!! 10 minutes or less to all the shopping you want, lots of hiking trails anywhere from 2 minutes to twenty minutes away. Close to Sullivan soccer park with trail access for hiking, biking, etc. The Washington Rec Center is 5 minutes away, where you can swim, rock climb and play in the gyms all day. Also, Easy access to the freeway to take you to Quail Creek Reservoir in 15 minutes, Sand Hollow or Snow Canyon in 20 minutes, or Zion National Park in 40 minutes.
There are 3 queen bedrooms upstairs, 2 twin bedrooms downstairs, 2 twin air mattresses available, to put where you need them and also couches and floor space in the cool downstairs family/game room.
Play some pink pong, or relax outside on a hammock, and roast some marshmallows over a fire. This home is perfect for anyone who wants to get away for some much deserved relaxation. The Kitchen has all the appliances and dishes you will need. Air Conditioning is nice and cool for the summer heat!!
