"The woman at the front desk was rude when explaining their no cat policy. I was attempting to make a recommendation that this should be disclosed on the website since it states they accept pets. She rudely stated that it's a third party and I have to contact them. We traveled from Illinois to stay at the hotel and it sucked how her attitude was unsympathetic and we could not get a refund there either... again Ms unsympathetic referred me to the booking site horrible and it stank in there"
