This condo was perfect for us to visit family. It was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed to eat at home, do laundry, and it was even nice there was Yahtzee to play! The set up and decor of the condo made it cozy and nice. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely open loft with lots of space for hanging out, cooking, etc. Fully stocked kitchen, 2 large bathrooms, laundry and spare linens! Worked out great for family space. It is a true loft space - interior walls do not reach to ceiling so bring ear plugs or white noise for sleeping.

They say don't judge a book by its cover. When we arrived, i was afraid i made a mistake until we climbed the steps and opemed the door to our place. Inside was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked! Beds and couch were comfy and there was enough space for all 6 of us. The location was perfect, given we needed to attend a funeral in the nearby small town of Bicknell. The only drawback was the entrance and stairway into the building smelled like smoke and wasnt very clean. Dont let this fool you! Inside our place was immaculate. We found check in to be fairly smooth. Not sure if it was an error with vrbo site but when we clicked on get code, nothing appeared. However the owner responded and helped us within 5 minutes! Lastly there's a super cute coffee shop downtown! Wish i recalled name of it!

Better than perfect!

This was our place to stay on a family trip for the total eclipse in April 2024. Washington, Indiana, was perfect for the eclipse, just about in the center of the strip of totality. This listing seemed perfect for our needs - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, nicely decorated with WiFi and smart TVs, and a full kitchen. I was so pleased that it was available. This property was better than we expected. Absolutely perfectly set up, with linens and towels and kitchen wares ready for our stay. We were literally within walking distance of a city park that became our eclipse viewing spot. Weather was perfect, the park was beautiful and full of families and photographers. We had some very good meals at restaurants in the city, and it was easy to pick up any items needed at the stores in town. Many thanks to host Jennifer for her lovely accommodations in a wonderful city that had perfect weather for our stay. Erin & Chris, Ian, Maggie, and Caitln.

Jenniferā€™s East Side Cozy Condo is the place to stay. My family and I were in town for the Cal Ripken World Series being held in Vincennes. This place has everything you could possibly need except the groceries lol and the beds were comfy. The neighbors were really nice. I would definitely book again. Thank you JenniferšŸ˜Š
